Regular truing and dressing with Carborundum dressing sticks will help you achieve maximum performance from your diamond, CBN and conventional vitrified, abrasive wheels. The sticks may also be used for your finishing operations.

 

Use square, triangular or round abrasive files to create sharp edges and to deburr quickly and cleanly.

 

The Carborundum bonded abrasive sharpening stone offering includes benchstones, slips, and griddle and rubbing bricks, for all your offhand deburring, honing, edging, filing, sharpening and finishing needs. Retail packaged sharpening stones are also available for sportsmen, craftsman and gardeners.

Benchstones

These benchstones are available in single grit or combination grit to suit your every application.

Diamond Benchstones

Diamond benchstones are for sharpening procedures, rapid stock removal, sharpening any hard material including carbide, tool and knife repair, deburring, filing and abrading. Used with water, although oil may be used.

Dressing and Finishing Sticks

Aluminum oxide dressing sticks work best on CBN grinding wheels, but can also be used on diamond grinding wheels. Silicon carbide dressing sticks in coarse grit sizes and hard grades are used for dressing conventional vitrified wheels.

This waterstone system was designed in a carefully planned sequence to create sharpening efficiency.
