• Type of Operation
Cylindrical, cut-off, toolroom, portable, etc.

• Machine Type
Manufacturer, model number, horsepower, wheel speed, wet or dry, coolant type if applicable, reinforced or non-reinforced, operating parameters, wheel dressing, etc.

• Wheel Dimensions
Diameter, thickness, hole, recesses, shape, plates, nuts, tolerances, etc.

• Workpiece
Name, material, hardness, dimensions, grinding area contact, amount of stock removal, finish required, etc.

• Current Product
Manufacturer, product identification, dimensions...the complete existing specification. How well is the current product working? What is the average production obtained? How does the present product fail? Are any special tolerances or product attributes required?
